1. Order Cancellation
Before Shipment
- Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.
- To cancel an order, please contact us immediately via email or phone.
- If the order is cancelled before shipment, a full refund will be processed.
After Shipment
- Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
- Customers may request a return after delivery (subject to the return conditions below).
2. Returns & Exchanges
- We accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging intact.
- Returns without original tags or showing signs of use will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Items purchased during sales or promotional offers
- Innerwear or hygiene-sensitive products (if applicable)
- Customized or special-order items
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:

- Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.
- Once the product is received and inspected, we will proceed with the refund or exchange.
4. Refund Policy
- Refunds will be processed after the returned product passes quality inspection.
- Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
- Refund processing time: 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Products
- If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Provide clear photos or videos of the product and packaging.
- In such cases, we will offer a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
6. Return Shipping Charges
- If the return is due to customer preference (size, color, etc.), return shipping charges may apply.
- If the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged product), we will bear the return shipping cost.
